You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!

You are welcome to join me for dinner at the Thai Restaurant two doors down from the theater.
I hope to get there between 6 and 630pm. I'll be coming straight from work so I'll be subject to the needs of my job and the horrors of Tampa traffic.
I'm not making reservations, but there was plenty of available seating last Monday
"Before the Rains" begins at 7:30.
I will meet those that didn't come to dinner in the lobby. In case the lobby is too crowded, I'll be at the top of the stairway that over looks the lobby.

BEFORE THE RAINS
"Director Santosh Sivan imparts a vastness and a sense of wonder to the film, qualities reminiscent of a Thomas Cole painting: They remind you why the Brits thought conquering India was a good idea in the first place." - Julia Wallace, Village Voice
"The film is well-acted, a broad colonial allegory, and... visually gorgeous." - John Anderson, Newsday
Forbidden romance, empire, and culture clash all lie at the heart of this drama. In 1930s India, Britain's reign is beginning to lose its hold on the region. In the midst of this turmoil, a British man (Linus Roache) embarks on an affair with an Indian woman (Nandita Das), while one of the men in the village (Rahul Bose) tries to quell his inner struggle. Santosh Sivan (Asoka) directs this film that is presented by Merchant Ivory, the renowned force behind Howard's End and The Remains of The Day.
