Hi everyone

I hope you are keeping warm this week.

The group saw Afghan Star and it was a real treat. It had an American Idol story while providing much more insight to their country. Well worth checking out if it ever comes back again.

I saw "For my Father" at the Jewish Film Festival on Saturday. Great movie. It was nearly sold out so if you are still interested in "The Debt", don't delay any longer on purchasing your tickets. It is this Saturday. We meet ahead of time at Boulevard Blue. The Debt: Jewish Film Festival at t…

Switching topics, the Cinemateque is featuring a number of Fellini films, the famed director from Italy. We will be seeing two of his classics:

Sunday Nov. 1, 4PM. Casanova - starring Donald Sutherland (!). This may be the definitive story about the 18th century playboy.

Sat. Nov. 7. 5:30PM.I Vitelloni - This is the movie that gained him international fame. It is well worth it to see it on the big screen.

Both events work in a meal before (Casanova) and afterward (I Vitelloni)

I hope to see you there.

On another note, I would like to thank Michelle for her work as Assistant Organizer as she is moving on to other things.

I am REALLY looking for a couple of assistants to help organize events. You don't have to schedule movies, sometimes helping me or others out with the legwork.

If this is something you might be willing to do, let me know. It is really easy.

See you at a film soon.
