“ Thea - lovely to see you again. I hope you had a good walk - despite the slightly stroppy ramblers! After a while Laura seemed a bit better and the colour came back into her cheeks. We got the train together as far as Earls Court. She said there she was fine and hadn't got far to go so I left her. We think she just got too hot and got a form of heat stroke.
