The West Los Angeles Film Fanatic Group

The purpose of this group is two fold. First and foremost it is meant as a vehicle through which film fans who live on the West Side and elsewhere can get together and enjoy wonderful films. Second, it is meant as a vehicle to meet others with common or shared interests. I, for one, am new to the area and am looking to meet new friends with whom to share my passions. This group has been up and running for nearly a year now. (Jan. 08) It is a great success and I thank you all for making it so special. I have met so many wonderful fellow film buffs and friends and so look forward to meeting new people in the New Year. I encourage all new members to come out and join us. I also welcome any suggestions for new films...in fact I encourage it. My goal is to schedule a film once per week or every other week. All the best,

I am a huge Bette Davis fan, so I definitely want to see one of her films at the LACMA during the month of May. One of my favorite is "The Little Foxes"...
The film is playing on Saturday May 17th at 7:30 pm at the LACMA. We could meet in front of the theatre at 7:00 and I am going to schedule a fun dinner after the movie. Read more
