We are meeting Friday afternoon, evening to get ready for Saturday, maybe have a drink later and compare strategies on the tasks left ahead. Scheduling work for the following week.
*************** The menu for Saturday: Have several folks bring potato salad and or chips beans, juice and an offer of a fruit tray. Any and all duplicates still welcomed as we do have a hungry crew, but if you are going to purchase along/ on the way just wait till you arrive and see what's here. We will make a run before lunch and commandeer specifics.. I have Salsa Chips and Chicken hind quarters that will be smoked during the day Saturday, along with an endless supply of Hot dogs. The burgers are almost depleted BUT we have loot ransacked from the SS Kroger by Bonnie Bess. If you haven't been before the coke machine is free and I have caffeine free diet drinks on hand. If you can't make it to the work parties but want to contribute we need GOLD, SILVER or Gift cards. The float still needs and eagle of sorts for the theme this year. A cat head sculpture approx 4 x 6 anything OLD primitive nautical............. call me with questions.
