Capt'n Youngblood and the Crew of the Cutthroat Titan invite all Atlanta Pirate and Wenches
MUSIC AND DANCING- HITS FROM THE 60S TO NOW!

We will also have the event catered- SOUTHERN BUCCANEER STYLE BBQ!

Since this event will be around Halloween, the nationally known theme park, Wild Adventures, will be hosting their annual Halloween themed weekends about 15 minutes down the road! So, you can have a whole weekend full of ghostly fun! Go to www.wildadventures.net for more information.

Tickets for this event will be $20 per person This will include your meal, admission to the ball, radio station DJ, and lots of booty (party favors).
The Crew of the Cutthroat Titan will also be presenting a gift to each crew attending (a one-of-a-kind cartoon drawing of your crew by our very own Capt Youngblood, who is also a local artist/published illustrator and History major at Valdosta State University). We hope to feature more surprises, but for now, this is the tentative lineup of events. There will also be a cash bar on the premises, and as it stands now, feel free to bring your own concoction of spirits! There will be iced tea and water provided with the catering.
COSTUME CONTEST! KING AND QUEEN OF THE NIGHT!!!! BEST COSTUME AWARD TO A GHOSTLY WENCH & FRIGHTFULLY DASHING BUCCANEER! (using "buccaneer" for the sake of onlookers in the community that are extremists and don't know a whole heck of a lot about 17th and 18th century historical reenactors).
Of course, we will be getting group pricing on rooms, but there are several many NEW and NEWLY RENOVATED hotels right close by.

We hope to hear from each of you, and we will be answering any and all questions as they come in. You can be sure that your reservation for this gathering is secure. Our crew consists of a city mayor, advertising/marketing director, artist/historian, business owners, and many other well-known and respected individuals in and around the communities in this area.

Get your tickets and official invites now! Email for instructions! ([masked])
We will also be at the gate, 10am, May 30 at the GA Ren Fest to meet up with all of you. We can arrange to exchange information then as well!

NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPT. 1, 2009!

Hope to hear from you soon!

We will be at the hotel on Friday evening and most of the day on Saturday. Directions are simple; it's exit 16 on I-75. You will see it off the interstate. The sign is BIG and says, "EXIT NOW." You can't miss it. If you're staying at the Days Inn... you WILL have to cross a 5 lane road at the end of the night. If this is of no issue for you, super. If it is, we'll be up most of the night of the ball. Crash with us until you're able to walk across the street. haha

For your masks for the ball, we have some great ideas to keep you from smearing any "dead" makeup you may have on! Buy a cheap pair of sunglasses... pop out the lens, and glue your mask to the frame! You can also get a mask on a stick. The possibilities are endless!

My Captain and I had a great time with The Cutthroat Titans aand all their Bretheren. Everyone was very friendly and treated us as family. The ball was beautiful and fun and we'll do it again next year!

What more could a pirate be desirin'? Spooky milieu, buckets o' grub, plenty o' grog, dancin', singin', and cavortin' with dozens o' other ne'er-do-wells. My admiration to the Captain & Lady Youngblood and crew for a grand time. The most fun a pirate can have on land!

Thanks to the League for calling the reels, and thanks to Princess Raven for her enjoyable performance. Everything went smoothly, and everyone had a blast. Hope to see you next year!
