Hello everyone!

What's another way to jump off a brand new season of summer movies than by starting out with one of the most anticipated summer blockbusters of the year.
I've been looking forward to seeing this project come alive for a long time now and all I can tell you is that I cannot wait to see it!

Based upon Marvel's iconic Super Hero, "Iron Man" tells the story of Tony Stark, a billionaire industrialist and genius inventor played by Robert Downey, Jr., who is kidnapped and forced to build a devastating weapon. Instead, using his intelligence and ingenuity, Tony builds a high-tech suit of armor and escapes captivity. Upon his return to America, Tony must come to terms with his past. When he uncovers a nefarious plot with global implications, he dons his powerful armor and vows to protect the world as Iron Man.

The film also stars Gwnyeth Paltrow, Terrence Howard and Jeff Bridges.

    Now, I know that on this day, that the film will be opening, that some of you will also be going to the big Looptopia party in The Loop. Myself included. But if you are planning on coming down, standing and staying outside for some of the events that will be taking place there....BE PREPARED! According to the weather forcast for this Friday evening that there will be some isolated showers and thunderstorms. "So let's be careful out there." :~p
