About Gulf Freeway Movie Fans

Get together with people on the South side of Houston (Clear Lake, Pasadena, League City, etc.) who love movies. We will usually go to the AMC Gulfpointe 30 at Beltway 8 / I-45 (Gulf Freeway), Star Cinema Grill in Webster, and Cinemark 18 in Webster, but we are willing to go to any theater in this area. Occasionally we will even have home screenings and attend screenings at U of H Clear Lake.

Anyone can host or suggest a movie event, not just the organizers. So if there's something you'd like to see, let us know! We are open to suggestions.

RSVP Policy:
We take RSVPs very seriously. If you RSVP "yes" for a movie, we expect you to be there. If you can't make it, email or call the host as soon as you can. Otherwise you'll be considered a "no show".
"Maybe" RSVPs must be updated to "Yes" or "No" by the day of the event, so that we know whether or not to wait for you and hold a seat for you. People who do not update their "Maybe" RSVPs will be considered "no shows". Repeat "no shows" will be removed from the group.

Member Activity:
We like to keep this an active movie group with full participation. Inactive members (i.e., people who have not visited our meetup site in over 3 months) will be removed from the group. But even if you are removed, you can rejoin the group at any time.
