Do you have a top ten list of directors...by country?! Do you have to tell people when a new movie that came out is merely a remake of a much better movie? Do you judge people based on their DVD collections? Then this is the group for you! This is not a "film watching" group but a "film discussion" group that discusses and debates anything and everything they want to see, have seen or will never watch again. We are looking for smart and funny people to sit around drink (so please be over 21) and talk movies with. We welcome everyone from film snobs to film geeks but be prepared to know your stuff (if you love Bela Tarr but have never seen Robocop 2 you might want to do some research) and its probably best that you live in Chicago or close to it (since the suburbs suck). If you are interested in joining please e-mail and let the projectors/Blu-ray/D VDs roll!

Chicago Film Discussion Group June Meeting
We are cancelling the May meetup but we are adding a second meeting to June! From now on we will have two meetings a month starting in June at two separate locations (one in Wicker Park/Logan Square and the other at Moody's).
We will post new discussion topics in another week or so.
