I'm not sure how many people didn't already know this, but Celebration Cinemas runs a discount Tuesday program where all tickets to select shows are $3.50. I think it's a great chance to go see films that either you might not otherwise have, or that you thought you might wait for the DVD. So check out the list every week to see if there are any films that we might go to as a group. Of the ones now running, 21 is the only one I really want to see, but I'd be open to just about any of them.

I'd also like to gauge everyone's interest in art house/indie type films. We've already passed the East Lansing Film Festival this year, but they sponsor showings throughout the year on occasion and there are some other venues not terribly far away. The theaters in town will also have limited run movies at times. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject.

i didn't know it was just $3.50...unfortunately my 2nd shift job gets in the way sometimes...

i definitely would like to catch some indie fare at some point...if anyone has some ideas on that score...they might want to post an item on the calendar as a note...

Also, we need organizers...any takers? (We have room for 20...so feel free)
