    Stupid Vue Light! The film was on after all its just that if you rang Vue Light and asked the staff they just looked on their web site and couldn't find it. Perhaps they should try talking to the Leeds Film Festival Box Office approximately 10 feet to their left!! A serious lack of communication, sorry to anyone who got put off coming. I had a word with the Festival staff its as much their fault. Give the Vue staff a bloody brochure how hard can it be?

    Oh is it? Ok A Serious Man is the Coen Brothers one I getcha. In that case I'll just play it by ear. The Men Who Star As Goats has Clooney in it, but it does look a bit crap to me that's why I didn't choose it from the Film Festival brochure originally...

    Useless stupid Vue Light have confirmed to Sony (thanks Sony!!) that this film is not being shown. which is a pathetic state of affairs and a serious lack of commitment to the Film Festival. I am going anyway to apologise to any stragglers who don;t get this message. Then I am definitely going to watch the Coen brothers Men Who Stare At Goats, even though I am a bit unsure whether it will actually be any good, it might be! ANyone else can join me if they want.     According to the Leeds Film Guide, this film is supposed to be at Vue Light at 8:30 pm tonight. It is however not on the Vue Light web site listing AND I can't get through to them to ask...here is what I suggest..If we find out that the film is off, then I propose we go for a quick beer then reconvene at 9pm and go watch the Coen Brothers 'The Men Who Stare At Goats'.
