I'm eating marmalade sandwiches and drinking Guinness at the moment
This is a slippery list to nail down, I started it when I saw Copycat last weekend and I keep remembering a good one to include when I'm driving and then forget it again by the time I get home! Anyhow, if you come across any of these films on TV, and they are on quite often, and you haven't seen them, I recommend: -1 US Marshalls - massively underrated with star turns from Tommy Lee Jones and Wesley Snipes 2 Copycat - The adorable Holly Hunter certainly helps, but a great all round tale, and Sigourney too. 3 Twin Peaks : Fire Walk With Me - quite simply no point watching the TV series, its all there for you 4 AI: Artificial Intelligence - wot Jude Law and Haley Joel Osment? Yep, great entertainment 5 Along Came A Spidre - Morgan Freeman and Monica Potter crime solving, excellent. Ok 'Spider' then. 6 The Pelican Brief - Brilliantly written, and translates well to the screen, Julia Roberts is excellent in this 7 Training Day - Possibly the most boring title for a film ever - its actually great with Denzel again 8 A Life Less Ordinary - A really good supporting cast makes this a great watch 9 Enemy Of The State - Will Smith? Never! Yeah but Gene Hackman too and a good yarn 10 Delores Claiborne - no-one in their right mind would put this in a top 10? Think again. Pelican Brief is on at the moment...tt4n Frankie |
